The Water Bond measure was on the ballot in November of 2020. Ballot Question 3C asked voters to approve an $80 million bond issue for upgrades to the Nelson-Flanders Water Treatment Plant and the city’s network of water pipes. This episode of The Backstory was recorded in August of 2020, prior to the election. Longmont voters approved the Water Bond ballot measure.
