1-on-1 Training

Sometimes a group class is exactly what you need — and sometimes you just want focused time with someone who can meet you where you’re at. That’s what our 1-on-1 training sessions are for.

LPM has a talented group of staff and community members who offer personal training sessions across a range of skills and disciplines. Each instructor brings their own expertise and teaches what they’re passionate about — so whether you’re a total beginner or looking to level up something specific, there’s likely someone here who can help.

Sessions are one hour long and cost $50. Browse our instructors below, pick someone whose skills match what you’re after, and book directly through their scheduling link. Payment is collected at the time of booking and you’ll get a confirmation once you’re all set.
