Mevo Start 101 Class

Learn how to use the simple to operate game changing multi-camera video recording system by Mevo.

Use up to 3 cameras to record and/or live stream your interviews, talks, conferences, services, performances, sports events or, anything else you can imagine, with Longmont Public Media’s Mevo Camera setup, available for use by all Longmont Public Media and TinkerMill members.

This class is a basic 101 class on using the Mevo cameras and an iPad ‘video switcher’. You’ll learn how to setup and get everything connected, how to switch between cameras to get the best and most compelling shot as well as how to create and use simple overlays (those graphics and titles you see along the bottom, top corners and covering the video).These cameras are also capable of more complex use (using industry standard NDI network connections and professional switching software such as vMix), but those functions will be in a later 201 level class.
