Have a podcast idea but don’t know where to start? This class at Longmont Public Media is the perfect first step! Intro to Podcasting will give you a high-level overview of what it takes to launch a podcast, covering essential topics like recording, equipment, hosting platforms, release schedules and more.

You’ll also learn insider tips and tricks to make your podcast sound great and stand out. Whether you’re looking to start a hobby podcast or build a professional brand, this class will help you think through key decisions before hitting “record.”

No experience needed—just bring your ideas and curiosity!

Class Date/Time:

This class is conducted ad-hoc. Once you purchase the class you will be instructed to select a time and date that works for both the instructor and you.

Class Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations: Must be made at least 48 hours before the class start time for a full refund or reschedule.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class will not be eligible for a refund.
No Shows: Failure to attend without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the class fee.
Rescheduling: Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
